1:1 Coaching for Coaches
1:1 Coaching for Coaches
Hi, I'm Marco.
Tell me what you're trying to achieve. I'll figure out the right AI tool or setup to get you there — and help you actually put it in place.
I'm not a coach's coach. I'm the person who builds coaching AI for a living and can match the right tool to your problem. The first call's free so we can see if that's useful to you. $200/hr after that, pay per session.
What we actually work on
Bring me a goal. I'll build you a setup.
Every coach I work with is different. Some want feedback on their sessions. Some want AI support for clients between sessions. Some want to stop drowning in admin. My job is to understand what you're trying to achieve, figure out which AI tools and workflows actually get you there, and help you put them in place. Here's what that usually looks like:
"I want insight into my own sessions."
You want to see patterns across your coaching — what's working, what's not, where you're drifting. I'll help you set up an AI that listens to (or reads transcripts of) your sessions and gives you feedback tuned to your method, not generic coaching theory. You tell me what you want to notice; I configure the thing that notices it.
"I want AI supporting my clients between sessions."
An AI companion that sounds like you, knows your frameworks, and never says anything you wouldn't. I design, build, and tune it with you — what it should do, what it should never do, how it protects the relationship instead of diluting it. This is the thing I build for a living.
"I want my back-office to stop eating my evenings."
Intake forms, scheduling, session notes, follow-ups, invoicing — the admin stack that either gives you your time back or quietly consumes it. I'll audit what you have, recommend tools that fit how you actually work (tool-agnostic, not a JourneyLoop pitch), and help you wire them together so they run themselves.
"I have a goal but don't know what I need."
You know what you're trying to move — more impact per session, fewer dropped clients, a signature offer that runs itself — but you don't know which tool or process gets you there. I diagnose the gap and prescribe the smallest AI-assisted setup that closes it. Heads up: if the answer is "you need more clients," I'll tell you honestly — I'm not a marketing expert and won't pretend to be.
Who you'd be working with
I build coaching AI. Then I help coaches actually use it.
Most AI advisors for coaches learned ChatGPT last year. I build production coaching AI for a living and I've worked alongside the independent coaches who use it every day. That means I know what's actually possible, what's hype, and — critically — how to match a specific tool or setup to the goal you're trying to move. I'm not here to sell you a program. I'm here to be the person who figures out your setup and helps you put it in place.
How it works
Simple on purpose
-
1
Book a free intro call
Twenty minutes. You tell me what's on your mind, I tell you honestly whether I think I can help. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so.
-
2
Book sessions as you need them
$200 per hour. One session, a few sessions, or an ongoing rhythm — whatever fits what you're working on. No package to commit to.
-
3
Leave with something you can use
Every call ends with something concrete — a decision made, a tool picked, a draft in hand, or just a clearer head. If it didn't, it wasn't a good call.
A few things people usually ask
- How does billing work?
- $200 per hour, billed per session. No retainer, no minimum commitment. You book when you need a call and we go from there.
- Do I need to use JourneyLoop to work with you?
- No. I'm happy to talk about whatever stack you're on — or none at all. I'll only recommend JourneyLoop if it genuinely fits what you're trying to do.
- Are you coaching me, or building for me?
- Building for you. I'm not a coach's coach — I won't reflect back at you about your session. I diagnose what you're trying to move, figure out what AI tool or workflow gets you there, and help you actually put it in place. Sometimes that's a conversation, sometimes it's me hands-on implementing with you.
- What don't you help with?
- Marketing, sales funnels, pricing strategy, growth. I'm not a business coach and I won't pretend to be. If the thing you need is more clients, I'm the wrong person. If it's anything an AI tool or process can help with, let's talk.
- What should I bring to the first call?
- A goal, a friction, or a question. "I want feedback on my sessions." "I want AI between sessions but I'm afraid it'll feel gross." "My intake is a mess." Anything concrete. Twenty minutes is enough for me to tell you honestly whether I can help and how.
- Are sessions ongoing or one-off?
- Both work. Some coaches book one session to scope a setup and then take it from there. Others book follow-ups as we build and iterate. A few treat it like a regular rhythm. You decide what you need.
Let's have a conversation.
Twenty free minutes. Bring whatever's on your mind. If I'm not useful, we'll both know quickly — no pitch, no pressure.
